Next jogging route to look forward!



I'd finished my 5km run today for the Race Against Cancer 2009 event with Bb! =) Bro and co and my colleagues registered for the event as well. And although they were running for the 10km route, their presence and enthusiasm really made today's run an enjoyable one! =D

Its my first attempt to accomplish such distance and although i'd stopped on and off after 3km, i'm really proud of myself to hv completed the run with my dear!

I will jiayou and train harder for future runs de! Our nxt running route will most probably be at the Jurong Lakepark! Anybody will like to join us? ^-^

"Up" is a great animated movie that is sure to touch your hearts. Each character is created with detailed emotions which made me cried and laughed along with them.

Do support this production as i believe animated movies are much more difficult to make as compared to real human movies when emotions are harder to grasp. Pixar did an excellent job no doubt!

I shall give the movie a rating of 4.8 / 5.0, leaving some leeway for improvements if there are any. Though i feel that it was a perfect movie for me.

Thumbs up for UP - It is definitely one of the must-watch movies in year 2009. =)

Dad bought me a life insurance when i was young.

Mum suddenly mentioned abt it today.

Guess wat she said..

“妹啊，爸买给你的保险不知保什么的。不然就把它 terminate 掉。”

Anyone will know wat happens if one terminates a pre-mature insurance policy. And i am DEFINITELY POSITIVELY sure she knows.

I was really pissed when she said that. And i duno how she got to conclude to saying that sentence. Really.. Totally speechless.

It is not that i wish to quarrel with her at times and of cos dad don't wish for me to have conflicts with her as well. But the things she says and her actions make me realized how difficult it is to communicate with her. Dad once said she would get more and more unreasonable as she grow old with age. This really makes me worry...

What should i do in time to come? =(

Its our long awaited few weeks holidays together before vivi starts her work. A fun and memorable 1 month holiday for both of us be together. Our plans was to go for tennis, squash, trekking and jogging with the aim to lose a few pounds though.. but.

23rd April:
Home Made Chicken Macaroni and Bento Box.

24th April:
Lunch @ Shokudo Heeren while dinner was in a Japanese Restaurant in Millennial Walk!

25th April:
Stay Home Saturday! a day for both of us to rest at home =)

26th April:
Da bao Curry Fish Head from Jurong West Blk492 and watched Star Awards at vivi's house. Slurps

27th April:
Vivian's job interview @ ST Electronics. We had lunch at the near-by AMK Industrial hawker center. There's alot of people during their lunch hours.. long queues can be seen at every stalls, except for the Wanton Mee stall.
So vivi and i decided to show some support for the Wanton mee stall.. Alamak~! Not nice la.. no wonder no queue. Paid the Wanton uncle and he actually ask me to queue up to get back my change.. Oh my god. -_-"

Waited for vivi to finish her interview session while i went to get her favourite Subway with Sweet Onion sauce, BBQ Chicken @ AMK Hub. Yup we had a little picnic at some remote HDB playground..

28th April:
Went for some famous Duck Rice near Pasir Pajang, immediately after lunch we went for Chwee Kuay and Carrot Cake at Ghim Moh!

29th April:
Drove down to Ikea to take a walk. =)
Had their Kids Meal Swedish Meat Balls, Ikea Hot Dog and Ice Cream, Famous Laksa and Curry Chicken from Queensway Shopping Center and finally 1 cup corn to satisfy vivi's craving.
Queenstown Char Kuay Teow and Popiah for dinner!

Tell me.. how not to grow fat..? -_-"
